Sri Vinayaka Holidays has run vehicles in Hyderabad for over twenty years, and we own what we send — so a wedding booking is handled by our own drivers, not by whoever an agent could find that morning.

How wedding bookings are priced
Everything is priced by the kilometre, starting at ₹14/km for a sedan and going up with the size of the vehicle, with a 300 km minimum per day. Multi-day weddings, overnight stays for drivers and outstation guest pick-ups are all quoted on the actual route rather than a package rate, so you are not paying for kilometres nobody drove. Tell us the dates, the venues and roughly how many people, and we will send a written figure.

Booking ahead matters
Hyderabad’s muhurtham season fills our calendar early. If your dates are fixed, call as soon as they are; we hold vehicles in date order and a week’s notice in season is the difference between the vehicle you wanted and the one that was left.

How many vehicles can I book for one wedding?
As many as you need. Most families book one or two vehicles for the couple and immediate family plus a tempo traveller or Urbania for guests. Tell us the total headcount and the venues and we will work out the smallest combination that actually fits.
Do you provide the driver, or do we arrange one?
Our driver comes with the vehicle. They are our own staff, they know Hyderabad, and they are used to the waiting and the last-minute changes a wedding day brings.
Can the vehicle be decorated?
We supply the vehicle and driver. Decoration is normally arranged by the family or their decorator, and our drivers are happy to hand the vehicle over in time for it to be done.
How is a wedding booking charged?
By the kilometre, from ₹14/km for a sedan, with a 300 km minimum per day. Multi-day and outstation bookings are quoted on the actual route. Ask for a quote and you will get the figure in writing before you commit.
How far in advance should I book?
In muhurtham season, as early as your dates are fixed. Off-season a few days is usually enough, but the larger vehicles go first.
