Sri Vinayaka Holidays is a Hyderabad-based travel company with 20+ years of experience in providing reliable travel services. We specialize in daily Hyderabad City Sightseeing tours, Ramoji Film City entry ticket booking, bus and cab pickup & drop services, and vehicle rentals for local sightseeing and group travel in and around Hyderabad.
We arrange vehicles such as Sedan, SUV, Innova, Urbania, Mini-Bus, and Buses through our trusted transport partners. Sri Vinayaka Holidays does not own or operate vehicles directly unless specifically mentioned.
Booking & Service Information
- Customers can book Hyderabad sightseeing packages, Ramoji Film City tours, and vehicle hiring services online or through customer support.
- Vehicle type, operator, departure time, and pricing are displayed at the time of booking.
- Sri Vinayaka Holidays does not recommend any specific vehicle type. The choice is solely at the customer’s discretion.
- Arrival and departure times are tentative and may vary due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
- Vehicles will not depart earlier than the scheduled time mentioned in the booking.
- Passengers must reconfirm pickup location and time on the day of travel.
- Passengers should reach the pickup point at least 15 minutes prior to departure.
Passenger Requirements
- Booking confirmation (SMS / Email / WhatsApp)
- Printed ticket, if required by the operator (will be informed during booking)
- Valid Photo ID: Aadhar Card / Driving License / Passport / PAN Card / Voter ID
Failure to produce the above documents may result in denial of boarding. Sri Vinayaka Holidays will not be responsible in such cases.
Communication & Notifications
- A booking is considered confirmed once the confirmation page is shown, even if SMS/Email delivery fails.
- If confirmation or cancellation messages are not received, customers can contact support for re-sending.
- By booking with us, customers agree to receive calls, emails, SMS, or WhatsApp messages related to their booking.
- Message delivery delays caused by third-party networks are beyond our control.
Payments & Charges
- No additional service or payment gateway charges are applied unless clearly mentioned during booking.
Insurance Disclaimer
Sri Vinayaka Holidays may display third-party travel insurance options. Listing of any insurance policy does not constitute a recommendation. Selection of insurance implies acceptance of the insurance provider’s terms.
Liability & Responsibilities
- Liability of Sri Vinayaka Holidays is limited to the total booking amount paid.
- We are not responsible for incorrect origin-destination selection by the customer.
- We are not responsible for booking cities with similar names in different states.
- Any complaints must be reported within 7 days from the date of journey.
Legal Jurisdiction
Sri Vinayaka Holidays reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Promotional Communication
By submitting forms on our website, you agree to receive promotional calls and messages via third-party platforms.
Cancellation Policy
1. General Conditions
- All cancellations must be made in writing (Email or WhatsApp).
- Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
- Rescheduling or date changes are not permitted.
2. Cancellation Charges
- 48 hours or more before tour start: 10% deduction, balance refunded
- 24–48 hours before tour start: 20% deduction, balance refunded
- Less than 24 hours / Same-day cancellation: No refund
- No-show at pickup point: No refund
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–7 working days (bank/payment gateway dependent).
- Transaction charges, service fees, and taxes are non-refundable.
4. Operator Rights
Sri Vinayaka Holidays reserves the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or operational issues. In such cases, a full refund of the booking amount will be provided. No additional compensation shall be applicable.
