Moving a class, not a carful
School and college trips are booked by someone who is already responsible for forty other things. What they need is a straight answer on how many vehicles it takes, a driver who will not vanish at the destination, and a figure they can put in front of a principal. We have been doing school and college groups out of Hyderabad for over twenty years.

How many vehicles
Count the students and staff, then divide by 16 for the Force Urbania or 12 for the A/C Tempo Traveller. A class of 45 with three teachers is three Urbanias, or four Tempo Travellers. We will work it out with you and we will not oversell a fourth vehicle you do not need.

Our own staff, not sourced for the day. On a school trip that matters: the same person is with that group from the school gate to the gate again.
Costs and approvals
Per kilometre from ₹14/km with a 300 km minimum per day, quoted on the exact route. For a multi-vehicle booking you get one written figure for the whole convoy, which is usually what the approval needs.

Yes. Outstation and multi-day tours keep the same vehicles and drivers throughout, and the quote includes the drivers’ overnight stay.
